Főzdefeszt 2011 is a Go!
The aim of Főzdefeszt is to bring attention to achievements in Hungarian craft brewing, which tend to be overlooked given Hungary’s status as a wine country. Ten microbreweries from across the country will bring more than 200 barrels of craft beer to Budapest for the festival:

– Serforrás Sörfőzde (Felsőzsolca-near Miskolc) – Korty (with Tokaji Aszú), IPA
– HBH Sörfőzde (Táborfalva- south of Pest) – Unfiltered HBH Lager Beer
– Bors Sörfőzde (Győrzámoly – North of Transdanubia, next to Győr) – Wheat Beer
